My clients often find me as they are caught in repeating cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout, and are beginning to reckon with the fact that society wasn’t built with their sensitivity in mind.
Most have felt “different” for much of their lives, have been labeled as “too sensitive,” or have been told that they are “too emotional,” or that they “care too much.” They are marked by interactions and experiences that leave them feeling like they are “too much, but also never enough.”

We’ll spend some intentional time slowing down, and exploring what’s in your head, your heart, and all the layers in between. Your journey may be winding, and marked by peaks and valleys, and sometimes you might struggle to see the forest for the trees.
